Referral

1. Program Eligibility
This referral program is open exclusively to current, active clients of Computer Revolutions whose accounts are in good standing (no past-due balances) at the time of the referral and at the time the referral reward is applied.

2. Qualified Referrals
A “Qualified Referral” occurs when a current client submits a new business lead via the Computer Revolutions referral portal, and that lead meets the following criteria:

• The referred business is not an existing client and has not been in active sales discussions with Computer Revolutions within the past [90] days.
• The referred business signs a new Managed Services Agreement (MSA) for a minimum term of [12 months].
• The referred business successfully pays their first month’s invoice in full.

3. The Referral Reward
For every Qualified Referral, the referring client will receive a one-time discount equal to up to one (1) full month of their current standard Managed Services fee.

• Reward Cap: The discount amount will be equal to the referring client’s current monthly Managed Services fee, OR the new referred client’s monthly Managed Services fee, whichever is less.
• Maximum Limit: There is no limit to the number of Qualified Referrals a client can make. Multiple rewards will be applied sequentially across future billing cycles (one per month).

4. Explicit Exclusions (Non-Discountable Services)
The referral discount applies strictly and exclusively to the client’s core Managed Services retainer/agreement. The discount cannot be applied to, and does not cover, the following services:

• Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or any other software licensing.
• Data backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage solutions.
• Hardware purchases, leases, or warranties.
• One-time project fees, onboarding fees, or out-of-scope hourly labor.
• VoIP or telecommunications services.

If the client’s monthly invoice combines Managed Services with any of the excluded services above, the discount will only reduce the Managed Services line item. The client remains responsible for the full balance of all excluded services.

5. Reward Application and Issuance

• The discount will be applied as a line-item credit to the referring client’s next available monthly invoice following the referred client’s first successful payment.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit back to a bank account.
• If a referring client terminates their agreement with Computer Revolutions before a pending reward is applied, the reward is forfeited.

6. Program Modifications and Termination
Computer Revolutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any Qualified Referrals submitted prior to the program’s modification or termination will be honored under the terms active at the time of submission.
